Emulsol ALK

Emulsol-ALK is an emulsifying agent for oil-bound distemper. It is a blend of anionic and non-ionic surface-active compounds based on alkylaryl sulphonate. A dosage of 0.5% to 2.0% emulsifier is generally recommended for emulsifying alkyl media; however, the exact quantity should be determined experimentally. It is soluble in water and polar solvents, forms stable O/W and W/O emulsions up to 400 ppm hardness, and has a minimum active content of 88%.
